OCTropics Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your OCTropics purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition. Please include all original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.

For health and hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. Clearance items, promotional items, and merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
