If you are not satisfied with any items purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of Receipt for an exchange or refund (less shipping and handling charges). We will not be responsible for shipping or handling charges unless the item shipped was incorrectly sent or the merchandise was defective. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges of return items. The items returned must be in the same condition as shipped. We will not accept any return or exchange any items that has been used, altered or worn. Attached with your order is an “Exchange or Return Form”. Please fill out the form completely and mail to the address below. It is advisable that all returns be sent via an insured carrier as we are not responsible for lost returns. We will process all refunds within 30 days from date the item was received by us. Unfortunately, we will not accept any returns or refunds after 30 days from receipt by the customer.
